Workshop Note 2

July 4, 2025

Coming from other engineering fields, working with small parts like these isn’t easy.

Not only does the equipment need to be specialized, but there is also a strong emphasis on reducing manufacturing steps to ensure dimensional compliance.

The effort over the past weeks has been worthwhile, I found the necessary equipment and we are now developing the best manufacturing plan for each part.

This preparation takes time, but once the equipment is fully set up, execution tends to proceed smoothly.

With this in mind, I decided to produce a batch of 10 pieces instead of just one, ensuring I have enough to work with during the manual processes that follow.

It’s a crazy feeling—I’ve already faced many challenges and learned so much, yet this path feels like a fresh start for the project.
