General provisions

Parties. These Terms govern the relationship between CEON COMERCIALIZAÇÃO DE RELÓGIOS LTDA. (“CEON”), CNPJ 59.023.412/0001-90, Rua Mauricio Caillet, 116, Casa 02, Cond. Silva Jardim III, Água Verde, Curitiba/PR, Brazil, ZIP 80250-110, and you, the client purchasing a GR-01 watch.

The product. The GR-01 is a mechanical wristwatch, hand-finished and made to order, in limited unitary production. There is no inventory or mass production; each piece is manufactured for the client who commissioned it.

Acceptance. By accepting a CEON commercial proposal, in the manner set out in the proposal itself, you enter into a binding purchase agreement and fully accept these Terms, which are delivered together with the commercial proposal.

Price, payment and manufacturing

Price, currency, payment method, payment schedule and estimated timelines are stated in the commercial proposal, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

The price does not include import duties, taxes or clearance costs in the destination country, which are the client’s responsibility.

Manufacturing timelines are good-faith estimates, given the artisanal nature of the product.

Withdrawal and cancellation

Reflection period. You may withdraw from the contract, at no cost, within 7 calendar days from acceptance of the proposal. Production only begins after this period.

How to notify. Send an e-mail to [email protected] stating your full name and order number. The date of sending governs; CEON will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Effects. All amounts paid are refunded in full within 30 days. If the product has already been received, you must return it within 7 days of the notice, in original condition with all accessories and packaging; return shipping is borne by CEON.

Cancellation after the reflection period. You may still cancel by written notice to the same e-mail. CEON will refund the amounts paid less the documented costs already incurred, according to the stage of the piece, and will provide a documented statement of the deductions. Total forfeiture of amounts paid is excluded.

European Union clients. EU law exempts made-to-order goods from the mandatory withdrawal right for distance sales; CEON nonetheless voluntarily grants the reflection period above.

Warranty

CEON offers a contractual warranty of 2 years from delivery, covering manufacturing and material defects, in addition to the legal warranty. The written warranty terms are delivered with the product.

The warranty covers the Peseux 7001 movement, the VC-150 steel case and bracelet, the sapphire crystal and assembly; it does not cover damage from improper use, drops, strong magnetic fields, unauthorized modifications or servicing, or natural wear.

Delivery

The GR-01 is delivered by insured, tracked specialized courier. Delivery terms, including Incoterms for international shipments, are stated in the commercial proposal.

If delivery exceeds the estimated timeline by more than 30 days without force majeure, you may maintain the contract or terminate it with a full refund.

Liability

CEON is liable for product defects as provided by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, CEON’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product; mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

Neither party is liable for failure caused by force majeure.

Intellectual property

The sale transfers ownership of the physical watch only. All intellectual property in the GR-01 design and in the CEON and GR-01 trademarks remains with CEON.

Reproduction of the design, use of the trademarks, or reverse engineering without CEON’s written authorization is prohibited.

Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the CEON Privacy Policy (ceonwatches.com/privacy) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Final provisions

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil; for international sales, the CISG applies on a subsidiary basis.

Jurisdiction. For consumer relationships, the courts of the consumer’s domicile. For B2B relationships, the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, waiving any other.

Disputes. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes by direct negotiation or, if both agree, mediation.

Amendments. CEON may amend these Terms; the version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of acceptance of the proposal.

Governed by Brazilian law. For international sales, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) applies on a subsidiary basis.
