What we collect

When you submit a Declaration of Interest on our website:

Name, e-mail, city, country, social profiles and your message.

When you purchase a GR-01:

Name or company name, CPF or CNPJ (for the tax invoice), delivery address, and payment details.

When you write to us:

Name, e-mail address, and the content of your message.

We do not collect sensitive data such as religion, political opinion, health, or biometrics.

Why we process your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Receive your Declaration of Interest and respond to you
  • Manufacture and deliver your GR-01
  • Issue your invoice
  • Stay in touch about your order
  • Comply with tax and accounting obligations

We do not send marketing e-mails.

To better understand who is interested in the GR-01, we may look at publicly available information, only after you have submitted a Declaration of Intent, and only to personalize your experience.

Who we share with

CEON does not sell or rent your data. We share only when necessary:

  • With the bank, to process your payment
  • With the carrier, to deliver your GR-01
  • With our accountant and tax authorities, as required by law

Our systems run on our own infrastructure. Backups are stored in the cloud. Any partners who access data on our behalf sign confidentiality and data protection agreements.

How long we keep data

You submitted a Declaration of Interest but did not purchase: Up to 5 years

You purchased a GR-01 (contract data): Duration of the contract + 5 years

Your watch’s record (name, serial number, date): Indefinite — for certification of origin

Tax documents: 5 years

Your rights

At any time, at no cost, you may:

  • Know what data we hold about you
  • Request a copy of that data
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of unnecessary data
  • Export your data in a digital format

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy.” We respond within 15 days, after verifying your identity.

Security

Your data is protected by:

  • Access limited to authorized individuals, with a log of all access
  • Daily backups
  • Secure connection across the entire website

If a security incident occurs that poses a relevant risk, we will notify you and the competent authority.

International transfers

Our backups are stored on cloud servers that may be located outside Brazil. We ensure that any international data transfer meets applicable legal protection requirements. If you reside in the European Union, the European GDPR also applies.
